• Ticket validity: A ticket admits one person for a single visit on the date stated or purchased.
• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable.
• Entry: The Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to refuse entry for fraudulent or unauthorized tickets.
• Prices: All prices are in Singapore dollars and subject to change without notice.
• Re-entry: Visitors can exit and re-enter the park on the same day by presenting their ticket.

CHILD ADMISSION:

• Each child ticket holder must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Proof of age may be required at the time of purchase and upon admission.

 RULES :

 Tickets:

• One ticket = one visit.

• Kids under 3 enter free with an adult.

• Use only official tickets (no screenshots, altered tickets, etc.).

 Inside the Park

• Stay on the paths. Don’t enter restricted areas.

• Don’t feed the birds unless it’s an official feeding session.

• No flash photography.

• No smoking inside the park.

• Kids must stay with an adult at all times.

 Food & Cleanliness:

• You can bring your own food, but don’t eat inside aviaries.

• Throw trash only in bins (none are inside aviaries).

 Facilities:

• Free shuttle service available.

• Wheelchairs and child wagons can be rented (subject to availability).

 Park Rights:

• The park may refuse entry if tickets are not valid.

• Prices and rules can change at any time.
