Gardens by the Bay – Simple Terms & Conditions (Sample)

1. Entry & Tickets

• All visitors must have a valid ticket to enter paid attractions.

• Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Opening Hours

• Opening hours may change without notice due to maintenance, events, or weather conditions.

• Some attractions may close temporarily for safety reasons.

3. Visitor Conduct

• Please follow all signs and instructions from staff.

• Do not damage plants, displays, or property.

• No smoking, vaping, or littering inside the gardens.

4. Safety

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Some areas involve heights or elevated walkways—enter at your own risk.

• For everyone’s safety, dangerous items (such as weapons or flammable materials) are not allowed.

5. Photography & Media

• Personal photography is allowed.

• Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval.
